The Simplera Sync Sensor is a fully disposable, all-in-one continuous glucose monitor (CGM) from Medtronic that works with the MiniMed 780G insulin pump system. It is smaller than previous Medtronic sensors, requires no finger sticks for calibration, and uses a simple two-step insertion process with a disposable applicator. The sensor lasts up to six days and streams glucose data via Bluetooth to compatible devices.
